The Company is now looking for Chief Merchandising Officer for its Merchandising Department.

General:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Merchandising Officer located in Dhaka. The Chief Merchandising Officer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company’s merchandising strategies and initiatives. He will also be in charge of managing vendor relations, analyzing market trends, and optimizing product assortments to drive sales and profitability.

Major Duty and Responsibility:

• Strong Leadership and Technical knowledge to guide the Merchandising Team.
• Merchandising, Retail Planning, and Product Development skill.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.
• Processing & execution of orders from sampling to dispatch.
• Preparation and verification of Cost reconciliation report after completion of each order.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval.
• Achievement of KPIs: Units, revenue, margins, % returns, market share etc.
