Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
Experience:
10 years of experience in strategy, project management, or leadership support roles.
Finance background with analytical experience considered an added advantage.
Proven experience working with senior leadership / CXO level. Experience as Chief of Staff or similar role will get preference.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong project management and execution skills. Strong bias toward action and outcomes (not just discussion)
Exposure to corporate strategy, transformation, or business operations
Familiarity with tracking/tools (AI and Power BI led dashboards, project management tools, etc.)
Strong organizational, stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Exceptional notetaking and synthesis ability
Strong communication (written & verbal)
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Proactive, detail-oriented, highly reliable, highly disciplined and structured thinker
Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
The Chief of Staff to the Chairman serves as a strategic partner and operational co-pilot to the Chairman, ensuring effective execution of priorities, seamless coordination of engagements, and disciplined follow-through of strategic initiatives.
This role bridges strategy and execution—translating discussions into actionable plans, tracking progress, and driving accountability across functions.
Job Responsibilities
Chairman’s Office Management
Manage and optimize the Chairman’s calendar with a focus on high-impact priorities
Introduce structured governance cadence (weekly/monthly reviews, tracking meetings)
Ensure all engagements are purpose-driven with clear expected outcomes
Filter, prioritize, and prepare inputs for the Chairman’s decision-making
Strategic Partnership & Co-pilot Role
Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman on strategic, operational, and organizational matters
Convert Chairman’s vision, discussions, and directives into structured action plans
Support decision-making through analysis, briefing notes, and insights
Ensure alignment between Chairman’s priorities and organizational execution
Meeting Management & Governance
Plan, prioritize, and manage the Chairman’s meeting with a focus on strategic impact
Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials for meetings
Attend key meetings, capture high-quality notes, and highlight critical decisions
Ensure clear documentation of outcomes, action points, and ownership
Action Tracking & Follow-up
Develop and maintain a centralized action tracker/dashboard for all Chairman-led initiatives
Monitor progress against commitments and proactively follow up with stakeholders
Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and accountability are clearly communicated
Escalate risks, delays, and bottlenecks in a timely manner
Project & Strategic Initiative Management
Lead or coordinate high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives
Support design and execution of strategic plans and special projects
Break down complex initiatives into structured execution roadmaps
Track milestones, KPIs, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate across business units / functions to ensure alignment and progress
Communication & Alignment
Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and leadership team
Ensure consistent and clear communication of priorities across departments
Draft internal communications, summaries, and key messages on behalf of the Chairman
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on strategic initiatives
Process & Execution Excellence
Establish structured systems for:
Meeting documentation
Follow-up tracking
Decision logs
Execution dashboards
Introduce tools and best practices to improve governance and productivity
Drive discipline in execution and reporting standards
Perform any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by the Supervisor or Board of Directors.
