Experience
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale garments operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- For highly deserving candidates working experience and others requirements might be relaxed.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and manage operations of the garments manufacturing units.
- Ensure efficiency in production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, buyer requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are met.
