Responsibilities & Context

1. Oversee daily operations across food production, bakery, curd & sweet, and hotel divisions. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. 3. Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement. 4. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and growth. 5. Lead initiatives for cost optimization and resource management. 6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control. 7. Drive innovation and process improvements within all operational areas. 8. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture across all teams. 9. Manage supply chain and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality. 10. Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery. 11. Collaborate with the executive team on long-term strategic planning. 12. Supervise the budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation. 13. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulators. 14. Ensure continuous employee training and development for operational excellence. 15. Stay informed on market trends and industry advancements to guide business decisions.
