THE POSITION Are you a seasoned professional with a stellar track record in driving business development at the highest levels? LAUGFS Lubricants Bangladesh Limited seeks an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our lubricants business in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Spearhead growth initiatives to drive the organization forward.Identify and target new market opportunities to expand our reach.
- Operational Leadership:
- Plan and direct all operational aspects of the organization, including the development of policies and strategic objectives.
- Ensure efficient and effective daily operations through continuous process improvements.
- Be a part of the strategic planning team and drive organizational success.
- Financial and Operational Goals:
- Achieve both short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives.
- Establish and track goals aligned with the company’s vision to ensure sustainable growth.
- Production and Sales Management:
- Leverage experience in production and sales management to create a competitive business advantage.
- Optimize production processes for quality and cost-effectiveness, while implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
