Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and enhance our entire operations system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce operations, logistics, and team leadership, with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Efficiency:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Warehouse Management:

Plan, set up, and manage warehouses with a focus on financial and logistical efficiency.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.

Logistics & Supply Chain:

Lead research and development to innovate delivery, packaging, and overall logistics.
Maintain and develop relationships with local and global partners to secure the best procurement deals.

Commercial Operations:

Calculate demand and manage deals to drive sales and revenue growth.
Generate market intelligence reports to support the marketing team in designing effective campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development:

Train, recruit, and manage the customer service and operations teams. JD/B365/COO/CEO
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to enhance team performance and impact.

Stakeholder Management:

Foster effective relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and partners.
Lead negotiations to ensure optimal terms and conditions.

Communication & Collaboration:

Provide effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Balance independent work with collaborative team efforts to achieve business objectives.
