Responsibilities & Context

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for all B2B clients.
  • Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships with relevant industries as key executive decision-makers.
  • Co-pitch top opportunities with sales team, role-modeling ambitious, customer-centric selling.
  • Lead all data analysis related to B2B sales – extract and analyze data to investigate strategic business challenges or opportunities, identify issues and deliver data-focused recommendations.
  • Ownership of B2B business-level reporting, defining and quantifying core business metrics.
  • Designing and implementing quarterly, half-yearly and yearly AOP.
  • Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
  • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the Key members.
  • Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
  • Spearheaded the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Works with other c-level executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.
  • Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business relationships.
  • Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
  • Communicate and liaison with the client from the first approach to the proposal till the end of the final deal.
  • Prepare a budget for the company and execute it accordingly.
  • Work closely with our content and brand strategy team to develop engaging and relevant digital and printed material to assist in customer acquisition and retention.

    Supervisory of people management:

  • Maintain liaison with the marketing head for marketing campaign, and day to day sales activities.
  • Act as the conduit for feedback to the SCM department from customers and sales team regarding product, pricing and promotions.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and comply with the legislation.
  • Work in conjunction with the brand merchandise division ensuring sound management of inventory levels and store profiling is current.
  • Ensure that the current and future people need are delivered through the creation of effective selection and performance management processes.
  • Communicate with HR department to ensure correct staffing schedules are maintained and the appropriate deployment of manpower.

    Strategic Work:

  • Develop vision, strategy & plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
  • Process simplification & improvement, Budgeting & Cost minimize, Strategic focus, Stakeholder engagement & Negotiation.
  • People optimization and team restructuring if require.
