Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional)
  • SPHRi (Senior Professional in Human Resources – International)

Experience

  • 12 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

  • Proven expertise in Strategic HR Leadership, Cultural Transformation, and Process Optimization.
  • Exceptional skills in Change Management and Innovation-driven HR Solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Must possess resilience, empathy, integrity, and visionary thinking.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Be an authority on people and culture, providing advice on strategies for business growth and transformation.
  • To increase leadership maturity at all levels, design and implement leadership development programs.
  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives and ensure smooth staff transfers and adaptations.
  • Make use of the expertise of the Human Resources (HR) staff to create inclusive and sustainable workforce planning frameworks.
  • To attract, retain, and develop top people, create and execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Establish systematic onboarding and career-pathing processes that encourage a commitment to the organization’s values and objectives.
  • Standardize HR practices to boost overall effectiveness, accountability, and productivity.
  • Use digital HR tools to speed up HR procedures and enhance decision-making.
  • Sustainable HR practices should be included into strategies for employee engagement, recruitment, and development.
  • Establish onboarding and career-pathing practices that encourage enthusiasm and commitment to the organization’s objectives and core values in order to achieve quantifiable enhancements in the employee experience.
  • Establish specific learning routes and coaching programs to encourage continuous professional growth.
  • Establish performance management frameworks that align employee contributions with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure that staff relations are well handled and that conflicts are settled early on.
  • Develop and oversee initiatives that improve employee wellbeing, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Regularly survey and report on employee engagement to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Group and SBU CEOs and the management team to impact enterprise-wide strategy and decision-making.
  • Work with the board of directors to align personnel strategies with the organization’s long-term goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with top leaders to get consensus on critical personnel initiatives.
  • Decide on the investment priorities for the Human Resources Department.
  • Involve and coordinate headquarters, field offices, and remote workers to promote a cohesive culture.
  • Implement scalable procedures to meet labor needs and future organizational growth.
  • Ensure that the human resources department can adapt to evolving company needs and market trends.
  • Regularly assess and report on employee engagement, highlighting progress in key indicators, acknowledging achievements, and identifying areas that need improvement.
  • Oversee the action plan’s execution across the whole company while regularly assessing its progress and achievement of its goals.
