Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the operations of the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
- Ensuring 24-hour security at various important places, starting from the entrance and exit of the factory.
- Ensure that the necessary gate passes, invoices are checked and documented correctly when goods leave the factory.
- Allowing entry into the factory by identifying authorized persons.
- Ensure the safeguard of all project assets, including personnel, machinery and materials.
- Ensure proper allocation and management of security resources, including personnel, technology and equipment.
- Manage and oversee security related incidents, investigations and reporting.
- Perform any other work as and when required by the management.
