Responsibilities & Context
Strategic Planning:
- Developing and communicating a clear vision and strategic plan for the organization
- Collaborating with the CEO and other HoD’s to set long-term goals and objectives
- Leading the annual strategic planning process, including the development of strategic initiatives and business plans
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence
Innovation and Growth:
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
- Developing strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s product or service offerings
Performance Management:
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
- Monitoring and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives
- Adjusting strategies and plans based on performance data and changing market conditions
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicating the company’s strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, and partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums

- Leading and managing the strategy team, providing direction, mentorship, and support
