Responsibilities & Context
1. Responsible for all masterbatch related works.
2.Develop different shades of Masterbatch and filler as per customer demand
3.Recipe development for manufacturing cost-effective and quality product
4.Assist production department for manufacturing quality product. 5.Communicate with sourcing and QC department to source cost-effective raw-materials
6. Need to go for customer trial.
7.Any work assigned by higher authority.
