- SSC, HSC for caregivers & Honors completed for Teachers.
- Bachelors from Early Childhood Development and Social Relationship are encouraged to apply.
Experience

- Age 20 to 35 years
- Experienced in working in a daycare environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with the children.
- Must have good patience and good art of teaching the children with care.
- Good organizational and team work skills.
- Very well written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla.
- Basic level of computer knowledge.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Responsibilities & Context
- Act as a positive role model to the children and engage them in various educational activities such as singing, dancing, listening, storytelling, drawing.
- Also doing caring part like feeding, shower given etc.
- Value and support each child and staff member regardless of their religion and gender.
- Take daily attendance, complete a development checklist on children’s progress and record accidents.
- Deal with any issue that arise, maintain a neat, orderly and attractive daycare center and build a positive relationship with parents and staff.
- Maintain official documents and monthly planner/curriculum.
