Chiller Skilled Engineer

Experience: The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, HVAC System

Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, pressure-temperature relation.
• Understanding wiring diagrams, control wiring, and electrical troubleshooting
• Familiar with PCB boards, sensors, and inverter drives
• Ability to perform leak detection, leak repair, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning with service tools/software
• Diagnosing system errors, compressor faults, communication errors, and expansion valve problems.
• Performing periodic maintenance.
• Experience with Chiller control systems, centralized controllers, and BMS integration
• Quick diagnosis and fixing of system faults.
• Strong understanding of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll types)
• Knowledge of chiller operation,
• Basic understanding of descaling, water treatment, and cooling tower maintenance.
