Responsibilities & Context
- Anticipating and providing administrative support to Top Senior Management.
- Identify mechanical operations, indirect and direct personnel, resources and production processes within the work area .
- Identify the scope and limitations of the role of supervisory managers .
- Confirm production target Identify quality standards for key points in the production process .
- Confirm production requirements, including manpower, machines, equipment, materials, mold tools .
- Confirm customer requirements for production.
