Responsibilities & Context

• Performing duty as Project In-Charge who will be responsible for overall site management.
• Ensuring quality by maintaining accuracy in drawing design.
• Controlling the total administration of projects.
• Good knowledge of LEED Certification.
• Making weekly work programs and achieving target(s) with respect to the Master Plan or Gantt Chart.
• Ensuring quality control aspects are meticulously followed/ complied with.
• Ensuring pre & post-compliance procedures for all works, like soaking of bricks, curing etc.
• Maintaining checklists and formats of all works properly and regularly.
• Mandatory presence during supervision-worthy construction processes such as concrete mix, mortar mix, paint mix, mosaic mix, G I pipe thread cutting etc.
• Checking level and alignment of all works e.g.- plaster, shutter, reinforcement etc.
• Tracking, Supervising and Recording the tests and inspections of processes as per the checklist and methods.
• Preparing & checking all types of estimates of the project before sending them to management.
• Must contain comparative statements from more than 2 (two) vendors.
• Preparing all types of reports and sending them to the Head Office on time.
• Liaising, Reporting & Updating the Chairman by providing necessary data, information, and decision-oriented issues of the respective project.
• Selecting finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures, etc. in consultation with Management.
• Ensuring proper safety and security measures and keeping the project highly organized, clean and hygienic.
