Responsibilities & Context
- Industrial & residential construction layout & project management (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes).
- Coordination with architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & structural-related finishing.
- Perform Renovation & repairing related tasks.
- Taking up other related works assigned by the managing director.
