Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-profile construction projects and overseeing finishing work to ensure top quality and adherence to project specifications.

Civil Engineer (Experienced in HI-Prominence Construction and Finishing Work)

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure designs meet all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess the suitability of design proposals.
Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports.
Monitor and control expenses to stay within the budget.
Identify and manage risks and issues that may affect project delivery.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required quality levels.
Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per design and specifications.
Ensure all finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure efficient use of resources to avoid delays and cost overruns also make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
Manage procurement processes and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Prepare and submit project reports, budgets, and cost estimates and present regular project status reports to seniors, managers and management.
Identify potential problems and develop solutions to overcome them.
