Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: M. Ahmed Group is a leading tea manufacturing company, established in 1921, with stakes in tea, rubber, textile, agro and cold storage. We are looking for a smart and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Civil Engineer in Sylhet.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise & execute construction of new structures (RCC and steel) as per drawing.
• Prepare work schedule and estimates of all kinds of construction or building materials.
• To monitor and follow-up all civil work ensuring materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Work together with management to arrange for necessary repairs, renovation, and construction.
• Control quality and construction management as per schedule
• Checking bills for all suppliers and contractors.
• Knowledge of executing and monitoring industrial construction work.
• Ensure workforce management
• Material inspection.
• Coordinate with relevant concerns.
• Any work assigned by the Management.
