Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.

Assist in manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and perform civil estimations for accurate budgeting.
Check construction bills to ensure that all details are correct and compliant with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers for day-to-day site operations and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulatory and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
Handle project risks and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Prepare and review reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and budgets.
