Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Sarah Resort Ltd, Gazipur, for industrial construction projects, particularly in the garments and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, preparing BOQs, and ensuring that all aspects of the construction work meet regulatory and safety standards. Strong project management and technical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review construction designs and project plans.
• Visit and inspect project sites to monitor progress.
• Supervise contractors and laborers to ensure quality execution.
• Ensure materials meet required standards.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Adhere to safety regulations and local building codes.
