Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in Full Make Ready projects to join our Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with contractors and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

• Develop site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise and inspect construction activities for compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and government agencies.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Make Ready Activities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Manage utility relocations, roadwork, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
