• Experience in Construction/managing RSC/Nirapon audits.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices (green building, energy efficiency).
• Prior collaboration with international buyers (e.g., H&M, Walmart).

Required Skills:

• Software: AutoCAD 2D/3D, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, MS Project, Excel etc.
• Standards: BNBC, ACI, ASTM, NFPA, ASCE etc.·
• Soft Skills: Leadership, fluency in English & Bengali, problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Project Leadership:

• Oversee the on-site workforce, including workers and ensure they work efficiently and according to project guidelines.
• Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.·
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.·
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, such as work logs, site reports.·
• Manage documentation: BOQs, tender files, as-built drawings, and audit preparation/records.·
• Lead teams in executing garment factory building construction in light of buyer-specific compliance (e.g. ALDI, H&M, Walmart etc.).·
• Safety protocols, timelines, budget adherence and cost control.

2. Structural Design & Compliance:

• Design, analyze, and review industrial buildings (RCC/steel structures) using different tools.
• Prepare/review DEA Reports, retrofitting plans (if required), and ensure compliance with BNBC 2020/2006, ACCORD/RSC and Nirapon/Alliance standards.
• Conduct structural audits, load calculations, and remediation plans.
• Submit 90-day monitoring reports for compliance.

3. Sustainability & Safety:

• Implement fire safety systems (hydrant/sprinkler) and environmental compliance.
• Guide staff/workers on safety protocols, emergency drills, and audit readiness.
