The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Construction Firms, Real Estate/Developer, Consultancy Firms, Group of Companies.
Experienced in cost analysis on civil items in line with MES, PWD, LGED, RHD analysis method is considered as added advantages.
Must have knowledge on Auto CAD and Architectural, Structural Drawing.
Should have experience in advance presentation tools like MS Power Point, Excel, Word etc. Having Both Bangla and English Typing is skills. Experienced in MS Excel advanced level & typing (English & Bangla) is highly appreciated.
Should have experience in report writing on civil construction related issues like on delay reasons, on material unavailability at site, on manpower requirement base line etc.
Should have complete sense in construction process and procedure of related items like Civil, Sanitary, Electrical Work, MS work, Aluminum Glass work, and Tiles Marble work with other finishing works.
Should have the ability to open minded enough to collect construction daily progress data from project engineers.
Skills & Expertise Civil Engineering PMC.
The selected candidate will be responsible for Estimating, Billing, Variation and Budgeting (Rate Analysis).

Preparing contractor bill and visiting project for quality check (As required anywhere of Bangladesh).
Coordination with all department for smooth work completion.
Providing Collected Data in Input system for preparing weekly/fortnightly/monthly /Annual Business Review for construction progress report
Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
