Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Oversight & Project Monitoring.
Oversee the site visit schedules for the engineering and estate teams, ensuring compliance as per requirement.
Manage the allocation of manpower, machinery and materials across multiple project locations to ensure cost-efficiency.
Land Validation & Technical Integrity.
Review and approve layout plans, land surveys and demarcation strategies to ensure maximum land utilization.
Lead the technical team in resolving complex boundary disputes or encroachment issues through high-level surveying and liaison with local authorities.
Ensure that all infrastructure work (roads, embankments, drainage) meets the company’s quality standards and government regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
Report daily work progress, manpower, and material usage to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist in resolving on-site technical or coordination issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Maintain proper documentation, measurement records, and site reports.
