Additional Requirements

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and structural systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Knowledge of basement construction, shoring systems and high-rise building structures.
Experience in using AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project scheduling software.
Ability to prepare and interpret BOQs, work schedules, and material requirements.

Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning and execution of the large scale shopping mall project.
Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities, including basement excavation, RCC work, structural work, and finishing.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Track progress against project schedules and update timelines as necessary.
Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues in coordination with engineering and architectural teams.
Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and safety logs.
Enforce safety regulations and quality standards as per company and legal guidelines.
Coordinate MEP and other inter-disciplinary work schedules with civil timelines.
