Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced civil engineer to look after and lead our diverse construction projects with expertise and precision.

Job Responsibilities

BOQ checking, budget analysis, preparing schedule, site visit & follow-up to complete the project due time.
Vendor’s bill checking, technical analysis & solving the issues immediately and informing management.
Coordinate with consultant & execution team to run the project work smoothly.
Take full responsibility for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Review project details meticulously to develop accurate scheduling, estimating costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with the purchasing department to guarantee the timely supply of necessary construction materials.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with top management to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
Work hand-in-hand with site engineers to execute projects as per design and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate direct construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Create comprehensive monthly, weekly, and daily work programs for efficient project execution.
Possess practical and in-depth knowledge of both structural work and finishing work aspects.
Uphold the company’s commitment to quality by monitoring and ensuring adherence to construction standards and specifications.
