Additional Requirements

Minimum 4-8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.

strong project management, communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards and local regulation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and engineering design tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.PRO , etc)

Lead and supervise daily labour teams in the planning.
Drawing, design and execution of infrastructure and building projects.
Review and approve engineering designs, drawing and BOQs submitted by constants and internal teams.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC, RSC, ACI, ASTM and relevant national and international standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee site activities including quality control, safety, timeline adherence and cost management.
Manage budgeting, procurement planning and resource allocation for civil works.
Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for necessary permits and compliance.
Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure continuous skill development with in the team.
