Should have sound knowledge in Land project, project management systems of Residential & high-rise buildings having multiple basements, safety security.
Strong AutoCAD knowledge and the ability to design implementation with it.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Road Construction, Ready Mix Concrete, Site Engineer, Site Management, and Supervision.
Highly skilled in quality construction with minimum cost and time.
Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality and stock control.
Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes, and other regulations
