- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Responsibilities & Context
Penta Engineering Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ‘Civil Engineer’ to join our team and play a key supervisory role in various construction and maintenance projects.
- Overseeing road, bridge, and culvert construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Leading and supervising maintenance crews for roads and highways, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance for the construction of civil infrastructure projects, such as bridge toll plaza etc.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documents related to construction and maintenance activities.
- Collaborating with other engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project success.
