Education

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Facilities Management.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC, CCTV systems, electrical basics, and building maintenance.
• Good vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel across regions for outlet visits.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and service contracts.

Responsibilities & Context

• Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance for outlet infrastructure (civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Supervise repair and maintenance of plumbing, civil fixtures, furniture, and electrical installations.
• Manage service providers and contractors for AC, CCTV, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess infrastructure conditions.
• Handle minor civil works and refurbishments such as flooring, partitions, waterproofing, and signage installation.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and support outlets with emergency repairs.
• Maintain asset and maintenance logs for all outlets.
• Coordinate with outlet managers to address infrastructure-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and present maintenance reports, cost tracking, and incident logs.
• Support internal office moves, space planning, and minor interior modifications.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations.
• Support the rollout of new outlets in terms of infrastructure readiness.
