Responsibilities & Context

Oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with project specifications.
Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and labor to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on progress, issues, and potential delays.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget adherence.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction materials.
