Additional Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in marketing services, especially digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (organic/paid traffic, content marketing).
• Excellent communication skills, with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities & Context

Location: On-site (Baridhara, Dhaka)

Brand Vision, a leading marketing agency, is hiring an experienced and motivated Client Acquisition Specialist. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a marketing agency for this role.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Conversion and Sales Growth: Call leads provided by the marketing team to explain products or services and convert them into sales, while also onboarding potential customers through cold calling.
• Client Meetings and Relationship Building: Conduct online or on-site meetings with clients as needed, build long-term, trust-based relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis and Solutions: Identify client needs and challenges, and offer effective digital marketing solutions to meet their business goals

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and propose strategic marketing solutions.
• Presentations & Negotiations: Present to clients and negotiate favorable terms.
• Contract Closure & Revenue Growth: Close deals and ensure profitability.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
