Responsibilities & Context
IITX Limited, an ITes company successfully providing services since July 2022, is hosting a number of LLCs and INCs in the US real estate market primarily. Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and managing American clients & vendors in a timely and professional manner.
Monitoring the quality of work performed through vendors by data analysis, performance KPI and maintaining accurate records of the performance regularly.
Manages client to vendor relationships through effective communications
Demonstrating the ability to handle Client’s complaints consistently and providing solutions that meet the needs of the client to build a long-term relationship.
Decision-making power to negotiation with vendor, onboarding and ensuring continuous new coverage.
Job Hour: 7.00 PM -5.00 AM (Night Shift)
