Responsibilities & Context
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Handle client communications, queries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Prepare and present client reports, updates, and proposals as needed.
- Design modern, responsive websites using UX/UI best practices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and web design prototypes.
- Develop engaging visuals for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms (e.g., social media, brochures, presentations).
