Responsibilities & Context

TQBD Services is looking for a Client Support Executive to manage communications for our US-based operations. In this role, you aren’t doing taxes—you are managing the process. You will guide clients through their filing journey, provide status updates, and ensure their records are organized. If you have excellent English writing skills and a knack for organization, this is the perfect role for you.

  • Process Support: Respond to client queries via live chat regarding account status, document uploads, and submission progress.
  • Data Management: Keep the back-office system updated. You will ensure client information is accurate and documents are filed in the right folders.
  • Status Tracking: Provide real-time updates on payment processing and refund timelines (Tracking only, no handling of funds).
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot basic account issues or submission errors and escalate complex cases to the technical team.
  • Communication: Maintain a professional, “US-neutral” tone to ensure a world-class customer experience.
