Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic center to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise medical staff including lab technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of test reports to patients.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all departments.
- Monitor stock levels of reagents, test kits, and other medical supplies.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors and specialists when required for consultations.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and submit to management.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and arrange for maintenance when needed.
