Must be fluent in English.
Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.
Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct, organization’s policies and health and safety procedures and policies

Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client-specific goals.
Utilize evidence-based approaches to address speech, language, and communication needs.
Provide support for clients with speech delays, language impairments, articulation disorders, and other communication challenges.
Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each client.
Collaborate with lead therapists and speech-language therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
Gather client history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures.
Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions.
Work alongside lead therapists and speech-language therapy supervisors to develop measurable, individualized client goals.
Ensure therapy plans are aligned with the client’s developmental needs and family priorities.
Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and client and family feedback.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
Prepare quarterly progress reports detailing client achievements and areas for improvement.
Stay updated with current trends and advancements in speech and language therapy.
