Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability.
- Supervise, monitor and effectively manage the sales force of a region and measure their performance.
- Ensure team building, development, motivation and performance of assigned team members.
- Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
- Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
