Job Description:

mPower Social Enterprises Ltd is seeking for 03 Cluster ICT Coordinator who can coordinate and implement ICT interventions for the USAID’s Community Nutrition and Health Activity (CNHA) Project, aligning with project goals. These individuals will collaborate with consortium partners, community leaders, and government agencies which is crucial for support and addressing concerns. They will be responsible for conducting on job training and capacity building for end-users and local staff to ensure sustainability, and data collection tracks project progress. They will take feedback from stakeholders informs continuous improvement, and the role may involve other responsibilities assigned by the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute ICT interventions in the field for USAID’s CNHA project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with consortium partner organizations, implementation partners, community leaders, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to gain support, facilitate implementation, and address concerns.
  • Field Assessments: Conduct on-site assessments to understand the local context, identify challenges, and user experience to help tailor ICT interventions to specific needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and hands on support to partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the proper setup and functioning of ICT solutions.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Train end-users and local staff on the operation and maintenance of ICT solutions, fostering sustainability and local ownership. Also support the central teams to coordinate capacity development efforts at field level. During field visits, conduct on the job training where necessary.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to project implementation, tracking progress and outcomes, and report regularly to project manager.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of deployed ICT solutions, conducting testing and validation activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the field, proactively address them, and provide feedback to enhance project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, reports, and user manuals.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to info Any other responsibility assigned by the organization.

Duty Station: Project Field Office which can be located anywhere in Bangladesh and frequent visits to the Head Office in Dhaka as per project needs.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary Range: BDT 35,000 to BDT 40,000 (Depending on the experience and skillset of the candidate).
