Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and lathe machines.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create precise machining paths.
- Communicate effectively with the factory team to ensure correct program execution.
- Set up and test programs to ensure compatibility and production accuracy.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to troubleshoot and improve machining processes.
- Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and updates.
