Responsibilities & Context
- Implement and uphold academic policies and procedures for smooth school operations.
- Monitor academic performance and support teachers in ensuring student success.
- Coordinate with the management team on budgeting, resource allocation, and facility planning.
- Uphold and promote the Islamic ethos and the mission of AEA.
- Supervise curriculum delivery aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.
- Guide, evaluate, and train teaching staff, especially new recruits, ensuring effective classroom practices.
- Lead academic planning, including session plans, lesson plans, routines, syllabi, and teaching materials.
- Conduct regular teacher performance evaluations and classroom observations.
- Oversee student and staff discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Support strategic initiatives such as admission planning and community outreach.
