Additional Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in site coordination, erection, or customer service, preferably in pre-engineered steel buildings or construction.
  • Strong understanding of erection methods, site safety, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and familiar with reading technical drawings.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

The Erection and Customer Service Co-ordinator plays a key role in coordinating site erection activities and serving as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the installation of prefabricated steel buildings. This role ensures timely communication, issue resolution, and smooth execution of site work in line with company standards and client expectations.

Location: KR Steel Structure Ltd, Boro Kumira, Chattogram

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, design) to ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the company regarding erection schedules, site readiness, and technical clarifications.
  • Support the erection team by providing required documents such as erection drawings, material lists, and checklists.
  • Monitor the progress of erection work and report status to the project and operations teams.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, inspections, and handover activities.
  • Ensure that erection work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of site progress, issues raised, resolutions provided, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up with clients post-handover for feedback and any required service or warranty-related matters.
  • Support in resolving NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) related to site issues in coordination with the QC and erection teams.
