- Prior work experience with at least 2 of the following buyers: H&M, Primark, New Look, ASOS, Inditex, Mango.
- Experience with tasks related to C & F, freight forwarding, and transport.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Executive to join our esteemed garment manufacturing facility’s Head Office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing commercial activities, ensuring efficient coordination with buyers, and handling export operations.
- Order Processing: Creating e-invoices, packing lists, and handling forwarder online booking systems.
- Buyer Portal Management: Navigate and manage buyer portals/websites for seamless online operations.
- Export Coordination: Follow-up on export-related activities.
- Sales & Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with Forwarder.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring compliance with all incoterms related to LC.
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to prepare reports, analyze data, and support decision-making.
- Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
