- Strong knowledge of Customs, Bond, VAT laws
- Experience with CIID, Audit, NBR matters
- Strong communication & negotiation skills

Hiring: Commercial executive (Bonded Factory – Packaging & Accessories)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial executive with strong background in Bonded Factory operations.
Job Description / Responsibilities of commercial manager
- Handle LC opening, amendment, negotiation & settlement
- Manage banking relationship & exposure
- Handle customs clearance (Import & Export)
- Manage Bonded Warehouse operations
- Work on UD, UP, ASYCUDA system
- Handle CIID audit, queries & investigation
- Ensure compliance with National Board of Revenue (NBR) rules
- Handle VAT (Mushak), audit & compliance
- Manage Shohog platform activities
- Coordinate with CNF agents & port (Chattogram)
- Handle Bond License renewal & capacity management
- Liaison with customs, VAT & govt authorities
