Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Cash Incentive in RMG Export-related commercial operations.
Strong knowledge of the complete cash incentive process.
Sound understanding of BTMA and BGMEA procedures.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of overall commercial department operations.
Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage end-to-end cash incentive processes and documentation.
Handle BTMA and BGMEA-related cash incentive matters.
Prepare, verify, and process cash incentive applications and supporting documents.
Coordinate with banks regarding cash incentive claims and settlements.
