- Bachelor/Honors
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) / BBA
- Preferred if have same kind of experience in an export company.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Supply Chain
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare invoice, packing list,
- B/L ect. for export of goods.
- Communicate with freight forwarder, C&F agent.
- Negotiate Export Documents with bank.
- Handle Export Documents, Cash Incentive documents , EPB Documents etc.
- Overseeing the entire business cycle of production inputs and outputs.
- Sourcing raw materials (Jute Stick) efficiently.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and transport vendors.
- Manage all import/export documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for international shipments.
- Banking Operations: Open, track, and settle Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantees, and transport documents.
