Requirements

Education

MBA or Masters in Accounting/Finance/Economics from any reputed institution.

Experience

• At least 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years

Candidates should have working experience at 100% export oriented readymade garments industries like as Knit Composite, Outerwear and Accessories etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Capable of handling total imports with banking services, and providing export support for the entire Group.

• Monitor the functional activities as per UCP- 600, ICC rules for international transaction, checking H.S. code, customs act, import policy, export policy.   

• Open all kinds of Import L/C (i.e. BTB, EDF, Cash, Machinery, Upas LC) etc.Check all kinds of sales contracts, master L/C, PI of Dyes, Chemical, Salt, yarn & other raw materials.

• Follow up of all import & export related payment issues & liaising with bank for renewal of sanctions.

• Take care of all import-export, Banking, Customs bond, BKMEA, BGMEA, BDYEA, EPB, Cash Incentive related activities.

• Communicating & coordinating with different suppliers & handling the entire commercial activities.

• Maintain strong working relationship with CnF agent, different shipping companies, freight forwarding & logistics companies to follow up of shipment status during the import & export of different goods & materials.

• Monitoring and corresponding all Import, Export, Banking, International Business, Trading, Customs Clearing and forwarding, Customs Bond, Bank, L/C, Shipping Line, Transport Agents, Insurance Companies, VAT Department, Production and Merchandising Department of Commercial Department.

• Overseeing L/C terms, P/I, S/C, industry policy, opening BTB l/C, maintain proper liaison with Govt. bank, trade bodies and concerns agencies.
