Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our commercial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient import processes, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of international trade, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on performance and commercial activities.
• Collect documents, prepare L/C accordingly and attain bank formalities on time for delivering on time.
• Communication with the Bank for All Import activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC opening, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection.
• Follow up export relative all activities, with bank for LC open, Payment and document collection etc.
• Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
• Import Documents Collection and Endorsement from the respective bank.
• Collecting of LC Performance report from Bank.
• Prepare LC data sheet, LCF form, LC margin & LC costing, etc.
• Do any other work as required by management;
