Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain online Cheque submission to the bank. Maintain bank account balance collection. LC documents process, submission, LC draft collection, checking & swift copy collection throw proper channel.
• PI or indent copy collect and send it to the bank. Supplier shipping documents collect and forward it to the Insurance company for C&F.
• Collect original import bank documents & forward it to C&F. Daily financial statement updating (Banks a/c balance, chemical balance and company party ledger balance).
• Bank account opening, closing and all bank accounts updating as per requirement with Transaction profile (NID, PP, TIN, Trade License, VAT).
• License renewal (Trade License -15, IRC-11, VAT, Explosive License, Narcotics License and Fire License) LC Limit renewal.
• Pay Order processing, fund transfer & LC short margin control. Group Insurance renewal. Imported goods position statement update and send the document to the respective person.
• LC files process along with required documents. Maintain DIT & Different AC land official tusk. Monthly Bank statement collection for all accounts.
• LC margin (30%, 70% & 100%) statement and bank voucher collection and handover accounts section.
• Bill of entry collection & submit it to the bank. Yearly AIT sheet preparing against import bill of entry for tax return submission.
