Responsibilities & Context
- Checking the Sales Contract & UD.
- Checking the HS code and other details of the Sales Contract.
- Collecting shipment plans from the respective merchandiser.
- Shipment booking submit for shipping line. (Online & manual).Collecting packing list from factory concern and prepare export documents for Buyer.
- Invoice create (Online & manual).EXP Issue.
- Follow up All Shipments.
- Collecting Shipment advice from Forwarder and Customs documents from C&F.BL submits. (Online & Dummy).
- Submit the export documents online.
- Collecting original B/L from forwarder.
- Keeping Customs-related documents and Files to Customs-related Commercial persons for Audit purposes.
- Any other tasks assign by management.
